Marija’s background is in Finance and Accounting. As part of her role at Starblue Consultancy, she is responsible for overseeing the business performance in line with the company’s strategic priorities, to ensure continuous development and financial growth. She analyses data and provides insights into the business performance against budgets and industry trends. She is responsible for liaising with bankers, accountants, and tax authorities.

Marija also has experience in one of the Big Four Accounting Firms and is a Board Member of a university Advisory Board. In addition, she speaks multiple languages and is an invaluable asset when communicating with you should you speak one of these languages.
